What the numbers cost, side by side
Derived from the monthly and annual prices in the plan data above (checked 2026-10-12). Confirm the price at checkout.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Annual, per month | Saved vs 12 months | Contacts | $ per 1,000 contacts |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | $0 | $0 | 2,000 | $0 |
| Startup | $17 | $170 | $14.17 | $34 | 5,000 | $3.40 |
| Webinar | $47 | $470 | $39.17 | $94 | 10,000 | $4.70 |
| Unlimited | $97 | $970 | $80.83 | $194 | Unlimited | n/a |
What each step up buys
- Free to Startup (+$17/month): contacts 2,000 to 5,000, funnels 3 to 10, courses 1 to 5.
- Startup to Webinar (+$30/month): contacts to 10,000, funnels to 50, courses to 20, and evergreen webinars.
- Webinar to Unlimited (+$50/month): effectively removes the contact, funnel and course caps. It only pays off if you would otherwise pass 10,000 contacts, 50 funnels or 20 courses, or need the other uncapped limits.
Two readings of that table are easy to miss. First, the price per 1,000 contacts rises from Startup to Webinar rather than falling, so Webinar is a feature purchase (evergreen webinars and more funnels), not a volume discount. Second, emails are stated as unlimited on every plan, so on the Free plan a project that runs several offers is more likely to reach the three-funnel cap before it reaches 2,000 contacts.
Notes on the cells
- Contacts: The Unlimited plan is marketed as unlimited; the plan data behind the pricing page lists 1,000,000 contacts.
- Students: The pricing page FAQ gives 500 students for Free, while its all-plans panel says unlimited students. The plan data says 500 on Free and effectively no cap on paid plans.
- Evergreen webinars: Only the Webinar and Unlimited plans include evergreen webinars.
- Emails sent: Stated on the pricing page FAQ for every plan. Sending still depends on deliverability and abuse screening.
- Platform transaction fee: Stated on the pricing page. Your payment processor's fees are separate.
- Billing: annual plans are advertised with two months free; the annual price is shown at checkout.
- Currency: the figures here are the US-dollar list prices. systeme.io's Japanese pages show prices in yen, which are different numbers.
Which limit usually binds first
On the Free plan the small caps are tight: 3 funnels, 1 course, 1 email campaign, 1 automation rule and 1 workflow. A project that runs several offers or segments its list by campaign can reach those before it reaches 2,000 contacts. Count your own numbers with the plan picker before you build.
