Plan picker
Enter what you expect to need over the next year. You get the cheapest plan that fits and what each step up costs you.
How the picker decides
It compares your four inputs against each plan's caps in order, from Free upward, and returns the first plan where every cap fits. It does not average, estimate or round: if you need 5,001 contacts, Startup is already too small. When you move up a tier the explanation names which input forced the move, so you can see whether it is worth changing that input instead.
What it cannot see
It does not know your automation-rule count, the number of funnel steps, email campaigns, or booking events, which are smaller caps that matter once you build more than a simple funnel. They are on the limits sheet. It also cannot tell you whether the platform's page editor or integrations suit your project, which is what the preflight checklist is for.
How to read this
- It only checks contacts, funnels, courses and webinars. Automation-rule counts and smaller caps are on the limits sheet.
- Prices are monthly billing in USD. Annual billing is cheaper; confirm at checkout.
- If the result is "Free", the sensible next step is to build one real thing on it before paying for anything.
